As a 2nd Shift Order Selector, you’ll play a crucial role in preparing customer orders with speed, accuracy, and care. Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll help ensure that businesses, restaurants, and communities receive the products they rely on every day. **What You’ll Do** - Pick and stage products using a stand-up pallet rider - Ensure order accuracy and apply proper labeling - Move pallets to designated dry, refrigerated, or freezer zones - Load trucks in route order for efficient delivery - Follow safety check procedures and maintain a clean workspace **What We’re Looking For** - Must be 18+ years old - Able to lift 35–60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift - Ability to speak, read, and write English - Detail-oriented and accurate when reading, labeling, and handling inventory - Dependable and safety-minded with a strong work ethic - Excellent attendance and punctuality **Schedule** - Sunday through Thursday - Expect 40–50 hours per week **Pay & Benefits** - Compensation for this position ranges from $19.00 up to $22.00 per hour. - Weekly pay - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Basic and voluntary life insurance - Paid time off - 401(k) with company match - On-the-job training
