We're looking for individuals who excel in managing administrative tasks with precision and thrive in dynamic office environments. **Essential Functions:** - Input customer orders into the ERP system. - Facilitate order expediting for the sales department. - Generate and schedule work orders for the warehouse. - Address customer service inquiries concerning orders, predominantly via email. - Guarantee timely and budget-conscious delivery of all orders. - Strategize and document all elements of a designated project. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Required Skills/Abilities:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Able to function well in a fast-paced and evolving environment. **Preferred Education and Experience**: - High School Diploma required - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Prior customer service and/or project management experience is preferred. - Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or light manufacturing environment is a plus. **Supervisory Responsibilities:** - None **Physical Requirements** - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds. - Ability to make repetitive movements, including moving of the wrists/and or fingers, bending, or squatting. **Work Environment** - This position will work indoors in a temperature-controlled environment. **Travel** - None **The Location:** Kinter is located on the outskirts of Waukegan, just minutes from Gurnee and Wadsworth.
