In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers, warehouse operations, and shipping carriers to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment. You will manage incoming orders across multiple channels, including EDI, eCommerce, and manual entries, while maintaining data integrity within our ERP system. The ideal candidate will be proactive in resolving shipping discrepancies, managing compliance requirements, and providing clear order status visibility to both internal teams and clients.
