## **Job Description** Job Description Responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Will also be responsible for shipping and receiving inventory as well as maintaining back stock. When orders aren't being fulfilled team member will be putting away incoming merchandise. Education: Experience: Job Duties: Primary Responsibilities - Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders in a timely manner - Review Hub orders, pulling parts, stage product, finalize paperwork - Interaction with Drivers on paperwork, instructions, etc. - Engaging store to facility network to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions; work with ordering store for fulfillment options if unavailable in network - Manage and comply with all Hub records and all paperwork policies and procedures Secondary Responsibilities - Additional Inventory activities including Overstocks, Callbacks, Resets - Safely deliver parts to customers as needed - Assist with Front Room Inventory functions - Assist with cores and defects - Fixed Activities: Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
