About the Practice Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery of South Texas provides a comprehensive range of oral and maxillofacial surgery services, including: Dental implant placement Zygomatic and ceramic dental implants Bone grafting and implant-site development Wisdom tooth removal Surgical tooth extractions Corrective jaw surgery Treatment of facial injuries and trauma Diagnosis and treatment of facial pain and TMJ disorders Exposure of impacted teeth Oral pathology evaluation and treatment Crown lengthening and frenectomy procedures Intravenous sedation and anesthesia services The practice uses advanced 3D imaging, including the CS 9300 system, to support accurate diagnosis, detailed treatment planning, and predictable surgical outcomes.
