The Work: As the Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing fast formulas within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that all formulas are robust, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to fast formulas, as well as providing guidance on best practices for formula development and deployment. Here’s what you need: Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM fast formulas, including configuration, customization, and integration with other HCM modules. Familiarity with tools such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle, and related reporting and analytics platforms Experience leading formula development projects, working with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, and maintaining documentation for ongoing support Bonus Points if You Have: Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula development teams Oracle Cloud HCM certification Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management) Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and reporting Eligibility Requirements: U.S. Citizen As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
