OR Technician (Weekends)

We are currently seeking an **Operating Room Technician** to join our team in **Reading, MA**. If you take pride in sterile technique, organization, and supporting a strong clinical team, we would love to meet you. **Responsibilities** - Set up, turn over, and maintain sterile procedure rooms between cases. - Clean, decontaminate, sterilize, and store reusable surgical instruments and equipment. - Operate sterilization equipment and maintain required sterilization logs and documentation. - Assist the physician during ART procedures, maintaining sterile technique and passing instruments. - Safely handle and transport specimens to the embryology laboratory. - Monitor and restock clinical supplies, and keep procedure areas inspection ready. **Qualifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant, Surgical Technologist, or OR Technician training preferred. - Experience with sterile technique, infection prevention, and instrument sterilization. - Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced procedural environment. - Able to lift and move equipment and supplies and meet the physical demands of the role. **Schedule** Every weekend (Saturday and Sunday), 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Holidays and occasional weekdays as needed. **Why Join Us?** When you join Fertility Centers of New England, you become part of a collaborative team focused on innovation, excellence, and care.
