About this Private Practice Opportunity: Join a highly medical private practice focused on ocular disease. Work in a supportive environment with 4 exam rooms and advanced diagnostic equipment (Optos, OCT, visual field, NCT). Schedule: - 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday Compensation & Benefits: - Base salary: $180,000–$200,000 - Bonus based on the percentage of net revenue from your patients, including optical sales - Sign-on bonus: $10,000 - Health, dental, 401k, malpractice insurance, CE allowance, and three weeks paid time off (PTO). - Malpractice insurance coverage - CE allowance - Three weeks paid time off (PTO) Practice Highlights: - Modern diagnostic equipment: Optos, OCT, Visual Field, NCT - Highly medical office with a strong focus on ocular disease. - Collaborative and experienced team Role Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages - Diagnose and manage ocular diseases such as glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy - Prescribe corrective lenses and provide contact lens fittings - Educate patients on eye health and preventative care - Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care - Maintain accurate patient records and follow best clinical practices.
