WHAT YOU'LL BRING - Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday. - Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs. - Willingness to listen, learn, and follow instructions. - Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Learn our optics manufacturing processes through hands-on, on-the-job training. - Inspect incoming glass and components to ensure they meet quality standards. - Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process. - Examine mirrors for scratches, blemishes, and other surface imperfections. - Assist with the production and finishing of precision mirrors. - Learn to safely operate optics manufacturing equipment and tools. - Accurately complete inspection and production documentation.
