## Description **Who We Are** MDR Encino Pharmacy is looking for a talented and experienced **Part-Time Operator** to join our team. This is an entry-level healthcare position. Our patients and their families have high expectations, and we take great pride in delivering the level of service and care they deserve. **What You Will Do** As an Operator, your primary responsibility is to help ensure our patients receive exceptional care and service. At MDR, we foster a culture of collaboration and agility, which are essential qualities for success in this role. Primary duties include collecting patient information and managing communications within the call center. The Operator is responsible for answering and transferring incoming calls through a digital phone system in a professional and courteous manner. This includes greeting patients, identifying the reason for their call, and directing them to the appropriate team member for assistance. Additional responsibilities include accurately entering new prescriptions into pharmacy systems and triaging orders or inquiries to the team best equipped to handle them. This is a **part-time position**, and availability on **Saturdays and Sundays is required**. **Skills/Qualities** - Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency - Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to accuracy - Ability to evaluate options and make efficient decisions - Effective interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills - PC literate with basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel - Must type at least 30 WPM **What We Offer** As the largest independent specialty pharmacy in the United States, we are committed to creating an employee-centered workplace.
