This role is part of Alcon's Manufacturing function, a team that designs, produces and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency. The Specialist I (Para-Professional & Support Path), is primarily responsible for handling tasks related to tools and equipment, performing quality inspections, and operating automated equipment. You will maintain high production standards and efficiency through technical skills and adherence to procedures. In addition, you will be trusted to perform machine setups and adjustments, solve routine operating problems, understand and verify specifications, and evaluate product quality.
