This is a strong opportunity to play a key role in keeping our organization running smoothly while growing your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** - Support day-to-day operational activities to help us stay efficient with our clients. - Coordinate communication between departments and team members to streamline workflows - Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation for operational functions - Assist in scheduling, logistics coordination, and resource allocation - Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements - Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner. **Requirements:** - Prior experience in operations, administrative support, maintenance operations and/or bookkeeping operations. - Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus **About Us:** Howard Management Group Inc is a trusted property management company based in Los Angeles, CA, with a strong reputation for operational excellence and client satisfaction.
