You lead by example, make sound decisions under pressure, and maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. * * * ### **What You’ll Do** As an **Operations Supervisor**, you’ll lead and motivate operations employees while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations during the night shift.
