Operations Supervisor We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Operations Supervisor in Boston! With our three business segments, Airline Catering, International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 33 locations, 12 countries and 3 Continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations activities such as but not limited to packing, transportation, logistics, food production and dispatch. Supervise the processing time to avoid delays, missing items. Ensure correct updating of the customer specifications in each department. Motivate, train, schedule and assist all dishwashing, packing and assembly team. Ensure compliance with all airline, airports, ports and all other applicable rules/regulations. Distribute all incoming operational information to the affected departments and ensure the effective dispatch of all flights with accurate specifications. Communicate with production departments to ensure that the exceptional DO & CO quality is maintained at its highest level with maximum efficiency in accordance with DO & CO standards as set by the Quality Assurance team. Qualifications: All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations. Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures. Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
