The position is responsible for the execution of various administrative duties related to corporate imaging services (nuclear medicine and ultrasound) operations. The Operations Specialist will support employee scheduling, customer requests, and clinical scheduling. The Operations Specialist will maintain positive relationships with all clinics, consistently ensuring customer satisfaction. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily. - Maintains ownership of the regional customer schedule for clinical staff including creating, publishing and adjusting as needed. This includes rolling 90-day confirmations and managing the frequent changes to support customer needs and employee dynamics. - Obtain and verify daily customer patient schedules before distributing to clinical staff. - Coordinate daily employee and equipment logistics to deliver dependable and on-time imaging services are delivered. - Track approved PTO for clinical staff, ensuring that replacement coverage is always in place. - Conduct routine analysis of the regional customer schedule with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience in an efficient and profitable manner. - Monitors payroll and overtime, ensuring that employee weekly hours are kept within budget and allocated appropriately. - Coordinate regional travel for clinical and management staff according to scheduling needs including arranging airfare, hotel, and car rentals. - Work cross-functionally and prioritize workload dependent on customer and business needs using a detail-oriented, organized approach. - Other duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications**: - High School Diploma or equivalent - 2+ years of customer service experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Customer Service within a healthcare setting - Experience managing employee or clinical schedules within a healthcare environment **Physical Demands:** - 5% standing or walking, 95% sitting **Working Conditions:** - Work is performed in a semi-quiet office setting - Limited regional travel may be required **Occupational Exposure:** Limited to no exposure to hazardous substances.
