This role focuses on consistent execution, attention to detail, and adherence to established procedures and controls, ensuring timely and accurate payment application. The Processor 4 serves as a key contributor to operational stability, providing reliable transaction processing and supporting daily workflow needs across the Cash Applications function. This position requires the ability to work independently within defined processes while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and service level expectations. ***This role requires working at our Marshall, MN location three (3) or more days per week.*** **Key Responsibilities** - Process daily cash application transactions. - Checks received via mail - Lockbox online payments - Electronic payments – monitoring email box and preparation of application instructions for ACH credits & Wires - Resolve exception batches - Escalate complex or unclear items appropriately - Completion of ACH Authorization set up in InfoLease system - Complete morning and end of day balancing activities - Conducts research on discrepancies and makes appropriate corrections or adjustments - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all work, meeting quality standards and service level expectations - Support testing or implementation of process or system changes as needed - Participate in process improvement efforts, reporting enhancements, or workflow updates - Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or process gaps and escalate findings - Support cross-training efforts to maintain operational coverage and flexibility - Demonstrates a team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Two to four years or more of operations services related work experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements - Proven commitment to high quality customer service - Ability to work well with external and internal customers - Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment - Good understanding and knowledge of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services and enterprise wide - Physical requirements could include lifting trays of work, pushing carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions - Ability to identify, analyze and resolve exceptions through data interpretation - Strong PC skills -Good verbal and written communication skills If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our [disability accommodations for applicants](https://careers.usbank.com/global/en/disability-accommodations-for-applicants). **Benefits:** Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
