The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing daily operations across assigned customer sites and projects. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The Operations Manager drives workforce planning, project execution, and process standardization in fast-paced manufacturing and quality environments.
