## Overview **Key Responsibilities** • Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring successful execution of customer programs • Lead, develop, and manage Site Leaders, Supervisors, and field teams • Drive staffing strategy, including recruiting support, workforce planning, and labor optimization • Ensure compliance with all company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, quality, cost, and attendance • Own customer relationships at the site level, addressing escalations, concerns, and service delivery • Lead response efforts for quality issues, containment activities, and customer complaints • Support new program launches, including planning, staffing, and execution • Implement and enforce standardized operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews • Manage operational budgets, labor costs, and financial performance for assigned regions • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Safety, Quality, Finance, and Sales teams • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication across all levels of the organization ## Description **Overview** Vayan Group is seeking an **Operations Manager** to support quality inspection, project coordination, and customer relations across multiple manufacturing sites. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing daily operations across assigned customer sites and projects. This role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The Operations Manager drives workforce planning, project execution, and process standardization in fast-paced manufacturing and quality environments.
