What You’ll Do Support daily operations, including opening and closing routines, wash quality, safety, and maintaining smooth site flow. Model exceptional service and support Guest Service Specialists in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Coach teammates in real time, reinforce expectations, and help maintain alignment during team huddles. Maintain Mister’s brand standards by ensuring quality, speed, cleanliness, and consistent execution across the site. Perform preventative maintenance and support equipment readiness to keep operations running smoothly. Communicate clearly with store leadership to ensure team alignment, clarity of assignments, and strong shift execution. Promote the Unlimited Wash Club® by supporting team engagement and customer education. Who Should Apply?
