We are looking for people who want to solve hard problems and build things that matter. ## About the Role Torus is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Operations Lead to help establish and launch our new Oregon distribution center. This individual will be the first full-time employee supporting the new site and will play a critical role in standing up warehouse operations, fleet management, logistics systems, and facility processes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to build processes, systems, and teams from the ground up. The successful candidate will wear many hats and serve as the local operational leader as Torus establishes and grows its Oregon distribution footprint. During the initial phase, this individual will spend time in Utah learning Torus operations, building relationships with key teams, and helping prepare for the Oregon launch.
