Position Summary As a consultant on the Operational Excellence Consulting team, you are responsible for driving successful outcomes for clients who have escalated metering and billing concerns. You are also responsible for driving cross-team alignment to implement sustainable corrective actions. You will lead client escalation projects from investigation to resolution. This often involves on-site investigations, analyses (energy and water data, financial impact, root cause), corrective action planning and execution, and client communication.
