At RealManage, we are always getting better. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the community, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. - Respond promptly to resident work orders and maintenance requests. - Assist with preventative maintenance programs for building systems and equipment. - Perform routine inspections of common areas, mechanical rooms, and building equipment. - Assist with emergency repairs, including water intrusions, HVAC failures, and life safety issues. - Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies (week on/week off). - Assist with inventory and organization of maintenance supplies and equipment. - Maintain accurate work order and maintenance records. - Coordinate with management regarding maintenance priorities and repair needs. - Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and management. - Assist vendors and contractors as directed. - Support capital improvement and special maintenance projects as assigned. - Assist with routine testing and inspection of building systems, including fire…
