**Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor/Social Worker)** **CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a licensed counselor or social worker to provide onsite EAP services in Prince George, VA. This is a work-site based part-time/contract position (4 hours a week). Primary Responsibilities - Provides Short-Term, Solution-Focused Coaching and Consultation to Employees (In Person and Video/Telephonic) - Leads Topical and Support Groups for Employees - Conducts Employee and Supervisor EAP Training and Orientation Sessions - Provides Management Consultations - Provides On-Site Critical Incident Response - Participates in Health Fairs, Open Enrollment and Health Promotion Activities - Promotes the Program and Ensures Program Satisfaction Required/Minimum Qualifications - Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (i.e. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) - Post-Graduate Clinical Experience - Current Independent State License to Practice - Current Malpractice Insurance - Fundamental Understanding of MS Office - Experience in Work-Related Issues - EAP Experience Preferred - Experience in trauma - CEAP a Plus CuraLinc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or disability.
