Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced **Onsite Community Manager** to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale active adult community in Lakewood, New Jersey. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced community association environment. Salary $105,000-$110,000 ### **Responsibilities** - Oversee the day-to-day operations of a large active adult community. - Work closely with the Board of Trustees to implement policies and achieve community goals. - Prepare Board meeting agendas, management reports, and meeting minutes. - Develop and monitor operating and reserve budgets. - Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, and capital improvement projects. - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community is well maintained. - Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. - Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable regulations. - Work collaboratively with accounting, legal counsel, engineers, and other professionals. ### **Qualifications** - Experience managing a **large-scale community** is strongly preferred. - Active adult community management experience is a plus. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HOA management software is preferred. - CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is preferred but not required.
