These functions allow residents to meet new friends and neighbors to stay in touch. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE**S Under limited supervision and reporting directly to the General Manager, oversee, supervise and manage daily operational aspects of the community association in alignment with vision, including but not limited to the following: **Operations Management** - Management of contracted services – landscape, irrigation, pool refurbishment, pool cleaning, pest control, electrical, plumbing, painting, security monitoring, fire suppression monitoring, janitorial, pressure cleaning, roofing, building construction, HVAC, lighting, sports courts, fitness facilities, concrete, masonry, access control, security surveillance, asphalt maintenance, specialty lighting, fencing and site furnishings - Manage on-site Concierge and Cleaning personne…
