Be part of a team that truly values its caregivers and the clients they serve. **Responsibilities:** - Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support - Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort - Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families - Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders - Maintain accurate care logs and documentation for each client visit - Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all safety protocols **Requirements:** - Valid HHA certification or CNA license in the state of Florida - Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a clinical setting preferred - Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Venice, FL area - Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor - CPR/First Aid certification is a plus - Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care **Why Join Us?
