This role requires strong project management skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise healthcare stakeholders. - Lead end-to-end activation projects for strategic enterprise clients, from kickoff and implementation planning through go-live and steady-state operations. - Develop, standardize, and improve implementation methodologies, processes, and best practices across the organization. - Create comprehensive implementation plans aligned with customer objectives, timelines, workflows, and success metrics. - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical teams, operations, and administrative stakeholders, to ensure smooth deployments. - Configure and customize solutions to meet specific customer requirements and healthcare workflows. - Build operational tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions using platforms such as Retool to support implementation visibility and performance tracking. - Develop data pipelines, analytics workflows, SQL queries, and reporting processes to monitor adoption, usage, and implementation progress. - Design and deliver training programs for providers, administrators, and operational teams to support successful adoption. - Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure onboarding success and customer outcomes. - Establish strong relationships with executive stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner throughout the activation process. - Maintain implementation documentation, playbooks, and process improvements to increase scalability and efficiency. - Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve customer experiences. - Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across implementation teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback, performance data, and operational insights. ## **Requirements** The ideal candidate is an experienced onboarding, implementation, or customer delivery professional with a strong background in SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise solutions.
