The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends and no on-call rotation. This person will be the steady on-site AV resource who keeps conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and meeting technology running smoothly for the client every day. **What You’ll Be Doing** As an On-Site Field Specialist at CTI, you are the trusted technical presence embedded with the client. You will support day-to-day AV operations, troubleshoot meeting room issues, perform system checks, assist with room readiness, and help ensure users have a smooth, professional meeting experience. - Providing daily on-site AV support for conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and meeting technology - Troubleshooting Cisco-based room systems, Cisco Pro Boards, Cisco codecs, and related conferencing equipment - Supporting rooms that integrate Crestron control systems with Cisco conferencing technology - Troubleshooting audio, video, control, network connectivity, room scheduling, and user experience issues - Supporting sound masking systems and Biamp DSP environments, including basic checks, troubleshooting, and escalation when needed - Performing room checks, preventative maintenance, equipment resets, firmware coordination, and readiness support for meetings and events - Providing basic user support, client handoff, and training so employees feel confident using the room technology - Documenting issues, communicating updates clearly, and coordinating with CTI service, engineering, programming, and client IT teams as needed **What Makes Someone Successful in This Role** At CTI, skill matters, but mindset matters just as much.
