This role is perfect for hospitality professionals who enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. **Location:** Aspen, CO **Start Date:** ASAP **Employment Type:** On-Call, Non-Exempt **Schedule:** On-Call; Varies **Category:** Food & Beverage **Pay Rate: $15.16/hour plus tips** **Preferred Skills and Experience:** **Preferred Skills and Experience:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and in accordance with established recipes and standards. - Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and make recommendations when appropriate. - Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service during events or regular bar shifts. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is in working order. - Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify guest identification when necessary. - Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless operations and timely service. - Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and escalate issues to management when needed. - Assist with event setup and breakdown for bar service, including organizing inventory and supplies. - Accurately process payments and maintain cash-handling standards. - Support inventory management by tracking usage and communicating supply needs. - Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations. **Preferred Skills and Experience** - Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or event environment required. - Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude. - TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred. **Collaboration and Communication:** - Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house staff and management, to create a seamless and exceptional dining experience. **Physical Demands:** The physical demands essential functions of this job.
