CSM Rijeka is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement. **JOB DESCRIPTION & JOB QUALIFICATIONS** In charge of cargo operations, including planning, loading, stowage, securing, and discharge. Maintain vessel stability, stress, and ballast operations. Oversee deck crew, assign duties, and ensure efficient work execution. Ensure safety on deck, conduct drills, and enforce procedures. Maintain deck equipment, cargo gear, and safety equipment. Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain cargo-related documentation. Holder of a valid COC (STCW Reg II/2) with verification. Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. Experience with a multicultural working environment. Good communication and leadership skills. Fluent in the written and spoken English language. Safety culture and mindset. **VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS** Minimum experience requirements:12 months in rank on the same type/size of vessel. Experience in FRAMO and/or Steam Turbines cargo pump system is mandatory. Experience with Oil/Chem Cargoes (CPP, DPP, Veg. Oil, Crude Oil).
