As a global platform dedicated to helping independent artists distribute and promote their music worldwide, we offer high-tech solutions to get music on major streaming platforms and provide the tools artists need to grow their fan base #### About this internship We are looking for a motivated student to join our team as an Operational Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the **fundamentals of customer support** within the music industry, developing your skills under the mentorship of experienced professionals while supporting our OFFstep clients. The ideal candidate is a **proactive learner** with **strong communication skills** and a **keen attention to detail.** As an intern, you will be expected to balance your academic responsibilities with a desire for professional growth, maintaining a customer-focused mindset while navigating tasks with guidance from our team. #### What You'll Do - Observe and support the team in assisting clients to help them understand OFFstep's products, following instructions and daily learning targets set by mentors; - **Assist in monitoring client inquiries** regarding access and plans, l**earning how to ensure client satisfaction** through supervised responses; - Support the **organization of artist tickets,** learning to check adhering rules and **ticket categorization** under guidance; - Learn to navigate Zendesk by assisting with basic access questions and observing how experienced agents address client needs; - Assist in the basic monitoring of content performance as a learning exercise; - **Provide administrative assistance** to the team, supporting the collection of accounting and marketing information under direct supervision; - Understand and follow **internal regulations** and **safety standards** as part of professional development; - Perform other basic support activities to assist the department, ensuring constant alignment with mentors. #### Requirements - Must be currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (e.g., Music Business, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields), and be in the 7th semester or earlier. - English proficiency is required, as this internship position is part of a global team within an international company.
