This dynamic role supports office and project tasks, collaborating regularly with field staff, project managers, and corporate teams. Core Responsibilities Support day-to-day office operations, including coordination, communication, and general administrative tasks Assist project managers and field staff with documentation, reporting, and project setup Manage project-related records, including formatting, uploading, and tracking documents Handle invoicing support and basic financial administration (AP/AR tracking and coordination) Maintain organized systems for files, records, and correspondence Help ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and in alignment with company standards You�ll thrive here if you have High school diploma (or equivalent); additional education is a plus Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Clear written and verbal communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and grow Bonus: Experience in construction, environmental services, or project-based work What you can expect from us The A-Team Experience is our employee program focused on helping our people thrive professionally, personally and as part of a community.
