This is an opportunity to work under a **Triple Master Educated Restorer** in a growing restoration company committed to IICRC standards, proper documentation, and doing mitigation the right way. We are building a serious restoration operation — not a production-only model. Position Overview The Mitigation Crew Chief is responsible for: - Leading field crews on residential and light commercial losses - Executing mitigation projects in accordance with **ANSI/IICRC S500, S520, and S700 standards** - Developing and adjusting drying strategies based on psychrometrics and job conditions - Maintaining accurate documentation, moisture logs, and photo records - Serving as the primary on-site contact for property owners and adjusters - Identifying scope changes and communicating with management This role requires both technical competence and leadership maturity. Required Qualifications - **WRT certification (Required)** - 2–3+ years hands-on mitigation experience - Strong understanding of structural drying and moisture mapping - Ability to interpret and apply IICRC standards in the field - Valid driver’s license - Willingness to participate in on-call rotation Preferred Certifications - ASD - FSRT - AMRT - OCT or other advanced certifications Candidates actively pursuing Master-level certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
