We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician, who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families. Duties and Responsibilities - Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop individualized therapy plans. - Design and implement personalized treatment programs to improve patients' functional abilities and independence. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate therapy goals into overall patient care plans. - Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to enhance rehabilitation and recovery. - Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and document patient information accurately. - Provide guidance on the use of adaptive equipment to facilitate daily activities. - Conduct home and workplace evaluations to recommend environmental modifications. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans. - Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practices. - Follows Tribal Health and client specific policy and procedures. - All other duties as assigned and specified by clinical assignment and site.
