Occupational Therapist - Sensory Service

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Occupational Therapy and Sensory Service in Ealing. Working within the Duty Team, you'll manage a varied caseload, responding to new referrals, completing timely assessments and supporting adults to maximise their independence through a strengths-based approach. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver effective, person-centred interventions. Ongoing professional support throughout your contract. Key responsibilities Manage a duty caseload, responding to new referrals and urgent assessments. Complete functional assessments to identify individuals' needs and promote independence. Recommend equipment, minor adaptations and appropriate interventions. Work closely with social workers, health professionals and community partners. Provide advice and guidance to residents, carers and professionals. Complete accurate assessments, reports and case records. Prioritise workload effectively while managing competing demands. Apply strengths-based practice and relevant legislation within day-to-day decision-making. Essential requirements HCPC registered Occupational Therapist. Previous experience working within Adult Social Care or a community Occupational Therapy service. Experience managing a duty or fast-paced occupational therapy caseload. Why Liquid Personnel?
