Occupational Therapist - Reablement Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Wiltshire Council's Reablement Team, supporting adults following hospital discharge and helping them regain independence. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team delivering person-centred assessments and reablement interventions across home, hospital, and community settings. What will your responsibilities be? Complete Occupational Therapy assessments following hospital discharge Develop tailored reablement plans to maximise independence Provide advice on equipment, moving safely, and best practice Work collaboratively with colleagues to support decision-making and positive outcomes Carry out community visits while managing a varied caseload Benefits: Hybrid working with a flexible working pattern 37 hours per week Initial 3-month contract with the potential to extend Up to £36.00 per hour Know an Occupational Therapist looking for their next role? Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, Qualified Occupational Therapist Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience Full UK driving licence Please note: Travel and accommodation expenses from outside Wiltshire are not covered.
