At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.*** ## Requirements The Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides skilled occupational therapy services to residents with the goal of achieving their highest level of independence and functional ability through therapeutic activities designed to improve daily living skills, strength, coordination, and overall quality of life within a long-term care environment. ### Essential Duties and Responsibilities - **Evaluates and Implements Treatment Plans:** Develops and carries out individualized occupational therapy evaluation and treatment plans in accordance with resident needs, goals, mandatory practice standards, and facility policies. - **Resident Care:** Provides therapeutic interventions to improve residents’ ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and cognitive-perceptual skills. - **Documentation:** Accurately documents evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and resident responses in compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines. - **Collaboration:** Communicates effectively with the rehabilitation interdisciplinary team, and nursing staff regarding resident progress, treatment adjustments, and…
