We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our multidisciplinary team. **Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. - Facilitate development and rehabilitation by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy specifically tailored to pelvic health and its impact on activities of daily living (ADLs). - Help patients regain physical functioning and independence through therapeutic exercise, biofeedback, manual therapy, and lifestyle modifications. - Evaluate therapy results by observing, noting, and assessing patient progress; recommend and implement necessary adjustments to the plan of care. - Ensure continuity of care by instructing patients and caregivers in specialized home exercise programs and providing education for at-home care. **Qualifications:** - Current NY State Occupational Therapy license (Required) - Demonstrated experience or certification in Pelvic Floor Therapy. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to discuss sensitive health topics with empathy and professionalism. **Salary/Benefits:** - $60 - $78 / hour - Medical benefits package - Flexible schedule **About Us:** Community Medical & Dental Care, Inc. is a non-profit community health center serving the medically underserved population of Rockland County, NY.
