You'll work with individuals with **autism spectrum disorder (ASD)**, **ADHD**, **sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.** You'll foster each child's **sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence** through: - Providing **individualized therapy** - Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as **DIR/Floortime,** **Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration** - **Collaborating daily** with physical and speech therapists, and social workers - Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care **Compensation & Benefits** - **Competitive Total Compensation: $90,000-107,000 which includes:** - **$1,500 Sign-on Bonus** - **Competitive Salary: $72,000-$85,000** - **Comprehensive Health Coverage** (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance - **Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)** - **Competitive Paid Time Off** and holiday allowances - **Generous 401k Retirement Plan** with employer contributions #### **Schedule & Location** - **Schedule:** Monday-Thursday, 10-6:30pm and Friday, 9-5:30pm - **Location:** 1409 W.
