MOST/DFW is looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to work in an interdisciplinary team of Speech, Physical, and ABA therapists for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working as an interdisciplinary team of speech, occupational, physical, and ABA professionals, we provide fun and functional therapy to improve quality of life.* This position provides services throughout our Allen territory, treating at 2–3 partnering ABA centers where we collaborate with ABA teams to provide integrated care for shared patients. This position is a 1099 contract position to start, with the opportunity to increase to a full-time caseload depending on your availability. Rates range from $27.50 to $55.00 per session, based on years of pediatric experience and additional certifications. What Sets Us Apart? Through our interdisciplinary approach, we work to analyze and bridge the gap between behavior, sensory, motor, and communication challenges. Therapists also have access to resources and support through our regional field office hubs. Company Highlights - Collaborative Approach to Therapy: By following a collaborative model focused on providing dynamic care, we implement specialized, data-driven plans of care to promote the most successful outcomes. - Flexible and Customizable Schedule: Scheduling options available for 2-day (T/TH), 3-day (M/W/F), and 5-day schedules. - Evaluators: Assessment/testing materials and support provided. - Therapy Materials Support: In addition to providing therapy materials, we offer support with material preparation and therapeutic resources. - Continuing Education Opportunities and Certification Training - Mentorship Program: Paid mentorship program designed to facilitate professional growth and provide in-depth training for therapists and new graduates. - Additional Opportunities to Earn Extra Income: Saturday social groups, coverage opportunities, and special programs. - Administrative Support: Intake coordinators and clinical leads assist with scheduling, billing, and operational needs. - Opportunities for Growth and Leadership What You Would Bring to MOST/DFW - Current OTR license to practice in the State of Texas - Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred - Experience with pediatrics, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and/or Sensory Processing Disorder preferred - Willingness to collaborate with a dynamic team of allied health professionals - Willingness to commit to a minimum of 20 working hours per week on a 2-day, 3-day, or 5-day schedule - BLS/CPR certification required - Ability to pass a background check - Laptop or tablet for documentation within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system What a Day Would Entail at MOST/DFW - Provide occupational therapy services at one of our partnering ABA locations for clients ranging from 3–12 years of age - Collaborate with co-treating therapists and ABA team members to develop innovative strategies and techniques to help clients achieve their goals - Create and implement therapy programs that enhance performance in daily living skills and improve quality of life - Administer evaluations and re-evaluations, analyze results, report findings, formulate plans of care, and establish long-term and short-term goals - Track and document client progress and goal mastery…
