We are committed to creating an environment where every team member is valued, supported, and inspired to deliver exceptional care. * * * **Ready to empower others to live their best lives?** Join Maristhill and bring your skills and compassion to a place where your work truly matters. **Apply today and become part of our mission of healing and hope!** ## Requirements ### **What You’ll Do** - Evaluate residents and develop individualized therapy plans focused on functional goals and independence. - Provide therapeutic treatments, ADL training, and adaptive techniques to enhance residents’ quality of life. - Assist with ambulation, mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques and mechanical lifts as appropriate. - Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care and smooth transitions. - Document all treatment sessions and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) accurately and timely. - Recommend and instruct residents on the use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment. - Mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and new team members, fostering growth and professional development. - Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other reimbursement regulations. - Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment, following infection control and safety…
