Advancing Potential. ## Position Summary LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Early Intervention Program in Monmouth County. This part-time position provides occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and multiple physical disabilities in a home-based setting as part of a collaborative transdisciplinary team. ## Key Responsibilities • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment services to children from birth through age three • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support developmental goals • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide family-centered services • Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner • Participate in transdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development • Support children and families through education, coaching, and community-based intervention • Maintain compliance with Early Intervention guidelines and agency standards • Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics ## Required Qualifications • Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required • Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental disabilities preferred • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team • Must pass required background clearances and screenings ## What We Offer • Flexible part-time schedule • Competitive hourly compensation • Meaningful mission-driven work • Supportive team environment • Opportunities for leadership and growth • Collaborative interdisciplinary teams • Sick time benefits • Onsite childcare available in Monmouth County ## How to Apply Interested candidates should apply for this position via the LADACIN.org website or via Indeed.
