Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Adults with Disabilities Location: Haringey Pay Rate: £42.59 per hour Contract Type: Full-time Service Area: Adult Social Care Job Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its client’s Adults with Disabilities team located in Haringey. Job Purpose: To support adults with disabilities in achieving greater independence and informed choice within their communities, through strengths-based assessment and tailored interventions. What will your responsibilities be? Undertake holistic assessments from a strengths-based perspective to maximise independence Provide effective advice and guidance following assessments Recommend and arrange provision of the most appropriate equipment and adaptations Complete carer’s assessments and reviews in line with statutory and operational standards Promote functional independence through tailored interventions Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver person-centred care Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have, Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration Experience working with adults with disabilities in a community or social care setting Strong understanding of equipment provision, housing adaptations, and carer support Excellent communication and organisational skills Commitment to strengths-based practice and promoting independence Referral Bonus: Know someone who’d be a great fit?
