Occupational Therapist – Adult Community (Duty Team)

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Locum Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Adult Community (Duty Team), based in Croydon. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will: Coordinate daily duty functions within the Adult Community Occupational Therapy Service, working closely with Duty Managers and Senior Practitioners Triage, prioritise, and allocate Occupational Therapy referrals in a timely manner Provide updates, feedback, and reports as required to support service delivery Support effective risk management and waiting list management Contribute to quality assurance processes and service performance Support training and development of staff within the duty function Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role, you must have: Current HCPC registration (essential) Eligibility to work in the UK Proven experience in Adult Social Care Occupational Therapy Strong knowledge of specialist equipment provision, major adaptations, and manual handling of people Up‑to‑date moving and handling skills Good understanding of relevant Social Care and Health legislation Knowledge of community services and referral pathways Benefits: Full‑time hours (36 hours per week) Competitive rate of £36 per hour (Umbrella) Opportunity to work within a well‑established Adult Community OT service Central Croydon location based at Bernard Weatherill House Why Liquid Personnel?
