The role will sit onsite in San Antonio, TX on a hybrid schedule. Remote may be considered for the right candidate. NIKA benefits include PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k matching, and an understanding of work/life balance. **Job Description:** The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise (FE) is responsible for developing all requirements including planning, maintenance, operations, and construction efforts for all medical facilities, including military construction (MILCON) and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) project for the Military Health System. DHA FE receives organization-wide operation demand signals in coordination with the DHA Healthcare Operations Directorate and seeks input from various stakeholders throughout the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. All MTF requirements for facility related work is captured in Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system for maintenance, operations, project requirements, real property, energy, sustainability, and planning. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in one or more construction engineering disciplines. - Must also hold a certification or endorsement from a recognized industry certification leader that meets the minimum standards necessary for the specific subject matter (ie. DHA O&M/military medical facilities). - Must be US Citizen - Must be eligible to obtain security clearance
