**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Business Systems Analyst** with expertise in **Identity & Access Management (IAM)** to support enterprise application onboarding, business process analysis, and software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with **SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)**, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant IAM solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for IAM initiatives. - Conduct **As-Is** and **To-Be** process analysis and develop process models. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications, provisioning policies, and attribute mapping requirements. - Lead stakeholder discovery workshops and manage project expectations. - Define access certification and compliance requirements for application integrations. - Perform impact analysis and identify risks associated with new IAM implementations. - Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against business requirements. - Manage and prioritize the requirements backlog based on business value and compliance risk. - Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Support documentation, change management, release management, and audit readiness activities. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems**, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - **3–5 years** of Business Systems Analysis experience supporting software development projects. - Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Proficiency with **Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**. - Experience with **Identity & Access Management (IAM)**concepts, including: - Entitlements - Target Aggregations - Certification Campaigns - Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation skills. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with **SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)**. - Experience with **Microsoft DevOps**. - Experience with **Microsoft Power BI**. - Experience managing project resources. - Knowledge of **Change and Release Management**. - Experience supporting **public sector** projects or large ERP transformations, including **Florida PALM**. - Knowledge of **Florida Administrative Code Rules 60GG-1 through 60GG-5**. - Experience integrating **ServiceNow** with SailPoint. - Familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks. **Preferred Certifications** - Certified Scrum Master (CSM/SCM) - Certified Project Manager (CPM) - Project Management Professional (PMP) - Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) **Skills You'll Need** - Business Analysis & Process Modeling - System Analysis & Design - Identity & Access Management (IAM) - SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) - Requirements Gathering - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Stakeholder Management - Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft DevOps - Power BI - SDLC - ServiceNow - SmartDraw **Why Join Us?** - Opportunity to work on a large-scale government IAM transformation project. - Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams. - Gain experience with enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions and public-sector digital transformation initiatives.
