This role is responsible for strategic planning, staff development, operational workflows, budget management, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture aligned with hospital-wide goals. It's pivotal in linking nursing activities with overall hospital objectives and advancing initiatives that support both the organization’s mission and the broader veterinary nursing profession. **Responsibilities:** **Strategic Leadership & Financial Management** - Lead nursing strategic planning aligned with hospital goals. Manage budget, labor costs, and staffing to ensure financial health and quality care. - Prepare business cases for equipment purchases and collaborate with Medical Directors on priorities. **Talent Management & Staff Development** - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
