As a Nurse Tech, you will make a meaningful difference every shift by providing hands-on care, comfort, and support to guests and residents. What You’ll Do As a Nurse Tech, you will provide quality personal care and daily living support while helping guests and residents feel safe, respected, and cared for. You will: Assist guests and residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and other personal care needs. Support guests and residents with meals, dining, hydration, and daily routines. Help create a safe, comfortable, clean, and respectful environment. Follow individualized care plans, safety standards, and infection-control procedures. Communicate guest or resident needs, concerns, and changes in condition to nurses and care team members. Assist with documentation and guest/resident support as directed. Partner with nurses, medication aides, therapy, and other team members to support quality care. Build positive relationships with guests, residents, families, and team members. Bring a calm, compassionate, and team-focused approach to each shift. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who has a heart for caring for others and takes pride in providing dependable, hands-on support. Ideal candidates will have: An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska. Experience providing personal care services in long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, senior living, or a similar setting preferred. A compassionate, dependable, and team-first approach. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. A strong focus on resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of care. Education & Credentials Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Nebraska required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous healthcare, senior living, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred. Why Hillcrest?
