**High Point Residence Fox Valley** **Aurora, IL** **Full-Time Nurse — RN or LPN** **Daytime hours with every-other-weekend availability required.** **Position Summary** High Point Residence Fox Valley; a supportive living community is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN or LPN to join our team in a supportive living community setting. This full-time role plays a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care under the direction of the Wellness Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working closely with residents and being part of a collaborative care team. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide routine daily nursing care and clinical services in accordance with individualized care plans - Perform health assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition - Administer medications accurately and maintain proper documentation - Collaborate with CNAs and team members to support resident well-being - Provide clinical leadership and guidance to direct care staff - Promote a safe, positive, and resident-focused environment - Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Wellness Director **Qualifications** - Current Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing - Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills - Proficiency in medication administration and care documentation - Valid CPR certification required **Requirements** - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and assist residents as needed - Experience in supportive living, assisted living, senior living, or long-term care preferred **Equal Opportunity Statement** High Point Residence Peoria is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
