**Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Dermatology** **Russini Dermatology** | Part-Time | *(Sarasota, FL.)* **Join Our Growing Dermatology Team!** Russini Dermatology is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated **Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)** with **a minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience** to join our busy, patient-focused practice. If you are passionate about providing exceptional dermatologic care and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you! **Responsibilities** - Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical dermatologic conditions. - Perform comprehensive skin examinations and skin cancer screenings. - Evaluate and treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, infections, and other dermatologic disorders. - Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, benign lesion destruction, and other in-office procedures. - Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on prevention and skin health. - Document patient encounters accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Collaborate with our Board-Certified Dermatologist and clinical team to deliver outstanding patient care. - Maintain current knowledge of dermatology treatments, procedures, and best practices. **Qualifications** - Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. - **Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing in a dermatology setting (required).** - Strong knowledge of medical dermatology. - Excellent procedural and clinical assessment skills. - Outstanding communication and patient education abilities. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and staff. - Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor. **Preferred Experience** - Skin cancer diagnosis and treatment - Dermatologic procedures including biopsies and cryotherapy - Cosmetic dermatology experience is a plus but not required **What We Offer** - Competitive salary based on experience - Supportive, collaborative work environment - Established patient base - Modern, well-equipped dermatology practice **About Russini Dermatology** At Russini Dermatology, our mission is to provide exceptional medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic care with compassion, professionalism, and the highest standard of excellence.
