The comprehensive benefits package includes: - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Generous paid time off and sick leave - 401(k) plan with employer match - CME stipend and professional development support - Arizona licensure reimbursement - Employer-paid malpractice insurance ### Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients - Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and common medical conditions - Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other ongoing health concerns - Perform annual physicals, wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine follow-up appointments - Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory testing, imaging, and other diagnostic studies - Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans - Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness - Educate patients regarding preventive care, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and medication adherence - Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care - Collaborate with physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff - Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record - Participate in care coordination, population health, and quality-improvement initiatives - Maintain compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards ### Required Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program in the United States - Active Arizona NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtain one - National board certification appropriate to the provider’s discipline - DEA registration, or the ability to obtain it before the start date - Ability to provide primary care to patients across the lifespan - Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills - Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care **Program eligibility requirement:** Applicants must have graduated from a qualifying U.S.-based NP or PA program.
